Pitchlark is operated by FedPulse. Payments are processed by Paddle (our merchant of record) for subscriptions and by AppSumo for lifetime deals. This policy explains when you can get your money back and how to ask.
Free trial
The 15-prospect trial is free — there’s nothing to refund. You can try Pitchlark before paying anything.
Subscriptions (Solo / Agency)
Paid subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guaranteefrom the date of each charge. If Pitchlark isn’t right for you, email support@pitchlark.com(or use the refund link on your Paddle receipt) within 14 days and we’ll refund that payment.
You can cancel anytimein the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Lifetime deals (AppSumo)
Lifetime licenses purchased through AppSumo are covered by AppSumo’s 60-day money-back guarantee. Request those refunds through AppSumo, under their policy.
How to request a refund
Email support@pitchlark.comwith your account email, or use the manage/refund link on your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.
Before a chargeback
Please contact us first — we resolve most issues faster than a bank dispute, and a quick email usually sorts it out.
